Matresce~ce & Motherhood Libido Liberatio~
Reconnect with your body, rediscover pleasure, and embrace your sexuality in Matrescence & Motherhood
The Matresce~ce & Motherhood Libido Liberatio~ Progra^
Reclaim Your Body, Your Pleasure, Your Power
What if motherhood didn’t mean sacrificing yourself—but rediscovering a deeper, more connected you?
Imagine waking up feeling connected to your body, your pleasure, and your sexuality. No guilt, no pressure—just a sense of ease in your own skin. Picture intimacy that feels exciting, not exhausting. A body you recognize not just for what it’s done, but for how it feels. Desire that isn’t buried under exhaustion, the mental load, or the endless impossible expectations of motherhood.
What if...
You didn’t feel touched out all the time?
You could want sex because you actually want it, not out of obligation?
You felt confident, sensual, and unapologetically in tune with your own pleasure?
You learned how to say F-YOU to the societal conditioning that tells mothers to hate and disconnect from their bodies, and instead felt a sense of deep love and connection with your body?
The Liberated Libido in Matrescence & Motherhood isn’t about “fixing” you. You’re not broken. You’re evolving. This course is for mothers at any stage—whether you’re in the rawness of postpartum, navigating toddler years, or years into motherhood and still wondering where you went. It guides you through the transformation of matrescence — the emotional, physical, and psychological shifts of motherhood shaped by both your personal journey and the societal systems that define womanhood. It helps you uncover how patriarchy and capitalism have conditioned mothers to sacrifice their desires, and how reclaiming your pleasure is a radical act of defiance. Here, you’ll rediscover what lights you up, both in and out of the bedroom, not as a luxury, but as your birthright.

Pleasure isn’t a luxury in motherhood, it’s a vital part of your well-being, yet we live in a society that conditions mothers to believe their worth is tied to sacrifice, not satisfaction. Systems rooted in patriarchy, capitalism, and cultural expectations tell us that once we become mothers, our desires don’t matter, our bodies exist for others, and pleasure is selfish.
But here’s the truth:
When you nurture your own desires, you create space for joy, connection, and self-compassion that ripple through every part of your life. It’s about feeling confident in your body, empowered in your sexuality, reconnecting with what lights you up, and creating meaningful, authentic connections with both yourself and your partner. Motherhood didn’t erase who you are, it opened the door to discovering new layers of your identity and your power, with pleasure as the thread that weaves it all together.
Reclai^ing your pleasure is a~ act of rebellio~ agai~st the syste^s that be~efit fro^ your disco~~ection.
The Matresce~ce & Motherhood Libido Liberatio~ progra^ isn’t a quick fix.
This is an 8-week transformative journey rooted in six key pillars that guide you through the emotional and physical shifts of postpartum, all through the lens of matrescence:
1. Educatio~ & Aware~ess
Uncover the truth about postpartum sexuality by dispelling myths and understanding how physiological, emotional, and hormonal changes after childbirth affect your sexual health. This is where knowledge meets empowerment.
2. Co^^unicatio~ & Advocacy
Learn how to express your needs, desires, and boundaries clearly and effectively with partners and healthcare providers. This is about reclaiming your voice and advoating for your sexual well-being..
3. Emotional Support & Community
Address the emotional shifts in matrescence and motherhood that impact your connection with your body and sexuality. We’ll explore how mental health, identity, and the overwhelm of matrescence and motherhood intertwine with intimacy, helping you feel supported and seen.
4. Physical Health Reconnection
Rediscover and reconnect with your body on your terms at any stage of motherhood. Engage in tailored activities that enhance your physical well-being and deepen your connection with your body, helping you feel empowered and renewed throughout your mothering journey.
5. Pleasure as Power
Embrace pleasure as a revolutionary act of self-care. Explore what pleasure means to you beyond the roles of partner or mother. This pillar guides you to see pleasure as a form of resistance against societal norms that undervalue maternal needs, affirming that pleasure is not just a luxury—it's a powerful pathway back to your true self.
6. Activism and Societal Change
Advocate for change in the cultural narrative around motherhood and sexuality. Understand and confront the systemic barriers and stigmas that limit discussions on maternal sexuality. Each act of self-care, boundary-setting, and truth-telling is a step towards dismantling the outdated views and fostering a society that respects and uplifts maternal sexual health.

Review and Reflect on our journey

“Matrescence is a sacred rite of passage, a developmental stage marked by immense change and transformation. Yet our patriarchal culture expects new moms to just ‘bounce back’ after baby, as if they have not just gone through the life’s most profound emotional, physical, and spiritual transformation.”
The neglect in acknowledging this transition leaves many of us feeling lost, unsupported, and feeling postpartum shame, stigma, and isolation. As a Nurse Midwife, Women’s Health & Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Sex Educator and Coach, and Mom of 4, I know the this transition intimately. I created this program to help mamas from all walks of life…
Break free from oppressive systems and norms that create sexual shame in Matrescence and Motherhood.
Understand and normalize changes (physical, emotional, and relational) that happen in pregnancy, postpartum, matrescence, and beyond.
Make empowered choices about our sexual health, and advocate for ourselves in healthcare settings and relationships.
Prioritize our pleasure and wellbeing, reclaim our sexual identity, and enjoy a juicier connection with our bodies and partners.

An inclusive space, rooted
in Matricentric Feminism.
Our program is committed to inclusivity and respects diverse backgrounds, family structures, gender identities and sexual orientations.
Our choice to use the terms "mother/mama/mom" alongside gender-neutral language is rooted in a matricentric feminist perspective, which highlights and values the labor, experiences, and specific societal challenges faced by those who give birth and nurture in a role traditionally defined as "mothering."
This approach allows us to honor the history and struggles of mothering, while also embracing the fluidity of modern identities.

Our program is committed to inclusivity and respects diverse backgrounds, family structures, gender identities and sexual orientations.
While we use gender-neutral language in our materials and discussions to ensure a supportive and inclusive environment for everyone, we do also use the terms "mother/mama/mom" at times. This choice is deeply rooted in a matricentric feminist perspective, which aims to highlight and value the labor, experiences, and specific societal challenges faced by those who give birth and nurture in a role traditionally defined as "mothering."
We recognize that not all people who give birth and fulfill these roles identify as mothers, and we strive to create a space that acknowledges and celebrates diverse family structures and experiences. Our facilitators are trained to address specific concerns that may arise for LGBTQ+ participants and are sensitive to the preferences and needs of all participants regarding how they identify.
